Residential Grid-Connect Systems
Our residential grid-connect systems are 1 kW Grid-Connected PV systems assembled to make the most out of existing government rebates and maximize the economic efficiency of solar energy. They consist of solar panels, power conditioning equipment, and balance of systems components that meet all relevant Australian and International Standards, are of the highest quality, technical efficiency, and meet our strict requirements of affordability.
These systems will provide approximately 5 units (kWh) of energy per day (annual average), which could offset 25 - 50% of your energy consumption depending on your usage.
Currently Sungrid Systems are available through our installation partners, Solar Unlimited, Earthrise Renewables, and Solar Designs. Please contact them for quotations and pricing for residential grid-connected installations.
Solar Panels
 SE series modules are high quality monocrystalline solar panels with IEC 61215 certification. They feature:
- High conversion efficiency.
- High performance bypass diodes to minimize power losses caused by shade.
- High transmittance, low iron tempered glass.
- 25-Year limited warranty on power output and performance.
- Sealed waterproof junction box with external quick-connect leads.

Kyocera KD modules are high-quality, machine-assembled, high efficiency polycrystalline solar panels. These modules have UL and IEC61215 Certification. The KD135GX-LP module is a 135W 12VDC panel ideal for grid-connection using a Latronics PV Edge 1200W inverter (for a 1kW system).
